Duane has been a professor, a high school teacher, a lifeguard, a door-to-door salesman, a loafer, a drifter, a toolroom attendant, a grocery store stock boy, a dishwasher, a carpenter, a manual laborer, an editor, an actor, and a model. Originally from Ohio USA, he now lives in Thailand with his wife and son.
