Exploring New Avenues: My Partnership with Pen A Story

As an author, I have always been keen to embrace new technologies and explore unconventional ways of bringing my books closer to readers. In today’s rapidly evolving publishing landscape, I believe writers must be willing to experiment, adapt and look beyond traditional distribution channels to find new audiences.

For me, this has meant making my books available in multiple formats, including eBooks, paperbacks and audiobooks, while exploring alternative platforms such as Inkitt and Wattpad. Each platform offers a different opportunity to connect with readers, and I am always curious to discover what new possibilities the digital world has to offer.

Recently, while exploring new avenues for book distribution, I came across a promising platform called Pen A Story. After exploring its offerings, I was impressed by its approach to digital reading and its ambition to connect authors with readers across geographical boundaries. I was particularly drawn to its focus on affordable eBooks, convenient access and opportunities for writers to publish their work and reach a wider audience.

A New Destination for Readers and Writers

Pen A Story is an eBook platform that allows readers to explore books across genres, purchase titles and access their reading libraries through its website or mobile application. According to its website, the platform serves readers in more than 175 countries and offers eBooks starting at ₹49, making digital reading accessible to a broader audience.

The platform offers several reader-friendly features, including instant access to purchased books, offline reading through its app and the option to download eBooks as PDFs. Its catalogue includes fiction and adventure, children’s books, self-help, parenting and health, and activity books, giving readers a variety of categories to explore.

What also caught my attention was its commitment to supporting writers. Pen A Story promotes an accessible publishing process, global distribution, author support and higher royalties as part of its offering to authors. For independent writers like me, opportunities to explore additional distribution channels are always welcome.

Of course, no single platform can guarantee readership or sales. Building an audience takes time, persistence and a willingness to experiment. However, I believe that every credible platform that helps readers discover books creates another opportunity for an author’s work to find its audience.

Four of My Books Find a New Home

My enthusiasm for Pen A Story was strong enough that I decided to take the plunge and make four of my books available through the platform.

I am delighted to partner with Pen A Story and introduce my selected titles to readers through this new channel. For me, this is another step in my ongoing effort to make my work accessible through different platforms and give readers more opportunities to discover my stories.

As an independent author, I have learnt that publishing a book is only one part of the journey. Getting it into the hands of readers is an entirely different challenge. It requires experimentation, adaptability and an open mind. Sometimes, the next opportunity comes from exploring a platform that you had never considered before.

I am excited to see where this partnership leads and hope that readers will enjoy discovering my books on Pen A Story.
